LAURA LEWIS' 5 KEY RULES FOR HEALTHY LIVING 


1. Take 5 minutes each day to slow down and just breathe. Breathe deeply and be conscious of your breath. 

2. Eat a balanced diet. Be conscious. 

3. Boost your intake of vitamins, particularly vitamin D, C, and zinc. 

4. Move your body.

5. Practice yoga and/or meditation.

Laura's Recommended Supplements During COVID Times


  • Zinc by Dakota.  50 mgs. Effective at boosting the immune system. Take daily. 
  • Vitamin C by Nutricost (powdered Vitamin C) OR Emergen-C 1,000 mg or more per day. A wonderful antioxidant that is tried and true with boosting immunity. The amount to take is determined by bowel tolerance. Must take daily as it is water-soluble. 
  • Vitamin D3-50 by BioTec Pharmacal. Check with your primary care health provider on amount that is appropriate for you. Many COVID patients were found to be low in Vitamin D. 
  • Jarro-Dophilus EPS.  This is a wonderful probiotic that contains 8 strains of probiotics or "good bacteria" which have been shown to boost immunity by restoring optimal balance in the gut.
