1. Take 5 minutes each day to slow down and just breathe. Breathe deeply and be conscious of your breath.
2. Eat a balanced diet. Be conscious.
3. Boost your intake of vitamins, particularly vitamin D, C, and zinc.
4. Move your body.
5. Practice yoga and/or meditation.
